Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services.

If you make a booking with us, we will ask you to sign and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payments:

- All bookings for dove release services are subject to availability.

- A non-refundable deposit of £50 will be required to secure your booking.

- Full payment must be made prior to the scheduled event date or on the day itself.

2. Cancellations and Refunds:

- Cancellations made within 1 week of the event will be eligible for a partial refund, subject to our cancellation policy. Cancellations made after this will be charged the full amount.

- In the event of adverse weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the release for the safety of our birds, with a partial refund given.

3. Responsibilities:

- It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the release location is suitable and complies with local and venue regulations.

- We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the release of the doves, including but not limited to injury to persons or property damage.

4. Care of the Doves:

- We adhere to strict welfare standards to ensure the health and well-being of the doves before, during, and after the release.
- To guarantee the best opportunity for our doves to return home safely, we only operate within a distance of 30 miles of SE12

5. Amendments:

- We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.
